WARANTEE:

  • The boxes you sell are still guaranteed for a period of 12 months. We also offer extended warranties of 12 or 24 in purchase options.

REFUND:

  • Please note that there is no refund on packages sold!
  • InnoTV is not responsible for subscriptions purchased from the wrong type of IPTV receiver.

CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICE

  • You are not required to notify us if you plan to cancel or put your subscription on hold.
  • Your use of any subscription is canceled or suspended once you have reached the end of your current subscription term.
  • No payment is required to cancel or suspend your subscription.

CONTENT AND OTHER SERVICE PACKAGES

  • The provision of any package may vary and we may add or remove any service without notice.
  • InnoTV is a service-only carrier. Therefore, a service can be changed (added / removed) in accordance with the broadcast laws of a service carrier only, so that the service can be changed (add / removed) channels in accordance with the broadcast laws.

PURCHASES

  • If you would like to purchase any of our products or services, you may be asked to provide specific information relating to your order which may include, but not be limited to, your credit card number, expiration date credit card, your billing address, and shipping information.
  • You represent and warrant that:
    • (i) you have the legal right to use credit card (s) or other payment method (s) in connection with any purchase; and that
      (ii) the information you provide to us is accurate, correct and complete.
  • The service may use third-party services to facilitate payment and finalization of purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to such third parties subject to our privacy policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, availability of the product or service, errors in the description or price of the product or service, and an error in your order or other reasons.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

  • We continually update product and service offerings. We may experience delays in updating information about a product / service and in advertising on other websites. Therefore, some of the information found on a product / service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or up to date. Products or services may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable.
  • Therefore, we reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without notice.

CONTESTS, CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS

  • Any contests, sweepstakes or promotions (collectively referred to as promotions) made available through the service may be governed by rules separate from these terms and conditions. If you participate in any of the promotions, please review the applicable rules and our privacy policy. If the rules for a promotion conflict with these terms and conditions, the promotion rules will apply.

ACCOUNTS

  • When you create an account with us, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including, but not limited to, restricting access to your computer as well as to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities or actions that occur under your account or password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or which is not legally available for use, a name or a mark which is subject to the rights of another person or entity other than you, without proper authorization. You may not use any offensive, vulgar or obscene names as your username.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

  • InnoTV has no control over any third party websites or services. It also assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website or service. We do not guarantee the offerings of any of these entities / individuals or their websites.
